For Perú, we were very lucky to have the previous experience of the “go live” e-commerce projects in Chile and Colombia. This learning experience of the team, helped to have faster execution in our territory with a smoother go to market implementation. This was not only a result from the great experience and lessons learned from previous projects, I would like to highlight that thanks to the cleared and detailed standardized process since the beginning of the project, we were able to tackle most of the issued to be faced during the production of the Asus Store in Perú.

Nevertheless, when we did face issues along the way, however, we were always confidente to have an effective solution from our partners. We all know that to have successful B2C campaigns, timing is key for reaching the targets. In this sense, we always received the support needed and specially on-time for any type of problem that needed a fast reaction from the team.

Managing three countries was one of the main challenges, we needed to align and consolidate a lot of information for developing purposes,. Of course we had special requests considering the reality of each country. We were happy to be able to work and adapt many variables for Asus Store Perú thanks to the customer-focus approach of our partners.

En nuestro proyecto con Trezo, teníamos el desafiante objetivo de implementar una solución de comercio electrónico multi-tienda, multi-inventario, con un nivel complejo de integraciones en un corto período de tiempo, al mismo tiempo que fuera robusta, confiable, flexible y lista para crecer. Con gran eficiencia, organización y procesos bien definidos, este objetivo se logró con mucho éxito. Un equipo de posventa dispuesto a ayudar siempre que fuera necesario llevó el proyecto a nuevos niveles de calidad y rendimiento. En resumen, Trezo ha demostrado ser un gran socio con profesionales competentes y dedicados, desde el equipo técnico hasta el liderazgo, siempre a nuestro lado y buscando soluciones creativas en cada paso.

We had been working with a US-based partner, but were not getting good results despite paying a high price. Our marketing director is from Brazil, and she used some of her connections to look there. Trezo was among those on our short list after doing some research.

Upon meeting Trezo, we were impressed by their deep product knowledge and past success with Adobe Commerce. Our decision came down to them and one other partner. We called references for both, and Trezo's references all gave high recommendations.

We also met with our potential product manager who was very knowledgeable, professional and proficient in English. While our marketing person is fluent in Portuguese, I am not.

We have been planning to use our website for ecommmerce for some time now. We implemented Adobe Commerce because it has some key features, but it is complicated to install and implement. Trezo has been key in understanding what we need to do and implementing according to our priorities. We have been able to finally start using the site for ecommerce, and are in the process of refining the website. Our product manager is fantastic at helping us to see what progress is being made on outstanding issues and prioritizing the work we need to do. On top of that, Trezo seeks to really understand our business for higher quality implementation.
